J. Evelyn Confections' new shop is located in the Greenfield Chocolates building, which is a
co-workspace and creative production of two
local chocolatiers, Jayne Hoadley of J. Evelyn Confections and Suzanne Litteral of Litterally Divine Toffee and Truffles.

Regular store hours are Wednesday through Friday 12–7 with extended hours during the holidays.

Welcome to my kitchen. We are an Indiana candy company specializing in artisan truffles and caramels. All of our candy is made by hand with fresh ingredients. We do not add additional preservatives which means, the shelf life is shorter, but our caramels and truffles taste wonderful. Our confections are creamy, soft and melt in your mouth, and are packaged beautifully—ready for gift giving. Along with our holiday offerings we do custom orders, so if you want something not listed—just ask—we will try to accommodate you.
