Welcome to my kitchen. It is my great pleasure to share my new adventure with you! I have been dreaming of this for a very long time, and I have been working very hard to make everything come together. So, let me introduce our new company to you-- J.Evelyn Confections.

We are an Indiana candy company specializing in artisan truffles and caramels. All of our candy is made by hand with fresh ingredients. We do not add additional preservatives which means, the shelf life is shorter, but our caramels and truffles taste wonderful. Our confections are creamy, soft and melt in your mouth, and are packaged beautifully—ready for gift giving. Along with our holiday offerings we do custom orders, so if you want something not listed—just ask—we will try to accommodate you.
